Assessment of Pakistan Single window
A first ever holistic assessment of any Single Window in the world using the globally acclaimed and published single window assessment methodology (SWAM). Pakistan will become the first country in the world to initiate such an assessment of its single window operations.
Assessment of the PSW system and its services includes
* Evaluation of progress, achievements, and benefits to users;
* Identification of implementation or service gaps and provision of guidelines for future improvement in alignment with emerging best practices and recommendations;
* Analysis of the institutional and legal framework supporting the PSW system;
* Evaluation of the information technology framework, and measurement of the system’s performance along with user engagements.
