Situational Analysis of National Trade and Transport Facilitation Committee (NTTFC): Options for Future

Building on the study done on the situational analysis of the NTTFC, ITC is seeking to engage a National Consultant to perform the following tasks under this assignment:

1. Develop policy advisory notes/discussion papers pertaining to the NTFC establishment governance, mandate, membership, Secretariat functions), highlighting possible implementation scenarios illustrated by international best practices.
2. Support the drafting of a revised ToR of the NTTFC, legal basis, internal rule book, as well as the ToR of the Permanent Technical Secretariat, including the job description for its staff; and building upon the discussion papers, facilitate a series of public-private consultations organized by ITC to build consensus on the practical modalities of establishment and operations of the NTTFC.
