Situational Analysis of National Trade and Transport Facilitation Committee (NTTFC): Options for Future

This assessment is based on situational analysis of the NTTFC and involves.

1. Developing policy advisory notes/discussion papers pertaining to the NTFC establishment governance, mandate, membership, Secretariat functions), highlighting possible implementation scenarios illustrated by international best practices.
2. Supporting the drafting of a revised ToR of the NTTFC, legal basis, internal rule book, as well as the ToR of the Permanent Technical Secretariat, including the job description for its staff; and building upon the discussion papers, facilitate a series of public-private consultations organized by ITC to build consensus on the practical modalities of establishment and operations of the NTTFC.
