We analyze value chains to identify constraints, opportunities, and leverage points for stronger competitiveness and market integration.

We support planning and optimization of logistics systems, infrastructure, and connectivity to improve trade performance.

We help reduce delays, costs, and uncertainty at borders through institutional, procedural, and operational reforms.

We support firms and business associations in strengthening export readiness, market linkages, and private-sector participation.

We provide data-driven insights to inform trade policy, logistics planning, monitoring, and operational decision-making.
